Terms and Conditions for What's the Fare?

Applies to same day genuine airfare quotes (not based on fare rules) in South African Rand from airlines and South African registered businesses and websites for travel that originates/departs from South Africa.
Detailed quote must be presented in writing on the supplier's letterhead (on the same day), must be inclusive of all fees such as taxes, surcharges and service fees and must be presented to us prior to booking.
Fare must be available and able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us. Certain immigration quotes which are not available to the general public are excluded from the What The Fare Guarantee.
Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. Must be for same dates and flight class.
Student Flights might be required to make the booking on the relevant airline's website. We may offer you an alternative date/airline to get you the best price, but should you be less flexible we guarantee to better whatever you bring us – apples for apples.
We will better the price by R20 on domestic and R50 on international fares. You (the client) may be required to have a credit card in order to confirm and pay for an on line booking. The full fare may be deducted from your credit card and the discount will be refunded to your credit card or EFT.
The What The Fare Guarantee is not valid for any group bookings or children under the age of two years. A group booking consists of 10 people or more travelling together for the duration of the trip.
