London Tower Bridge
This is one of London’s most beautiful works of architecture. The bridge has been around for centuries, from 1894 to be exact. The bridge is made with over eleven thousand tons of steel and granite blocks – yep amazing. The building was modified a few years later to allow water traffic to run through smoothly.
The bridge is also used to host events such as the Mayors Thames Festivals and more. Once can also visit the London Tower Bridge – just to hear a bit more about the history around the bridge. Opening times for the bridge are as follows:
Summer (1 April - 30 September) 10:00am - 6:30pm (last admission is an hour before they close 5:30pm)
Winter (1 October - 31 March) 9:30am - 6:00pm (last admission is an hour before they close 5:00pm)
