- The visa is valid for two years
- You cannot re-apply for a Working Holiday Visa, it is a once off visa.
- You must be aged 17-30 years.
- You must not have any large commitments, eg, loans, bonds.
- The visa validity is determined by the British High Commission, we have no control over validity dates.
- The monetary requirement is an estimate only, the BHC works on a monthly living expense of £650.00 per month and a minimum working wage of £4.50 per hour.

- UK cell phone starter pack (pay as you go) on the day of arrival in the UK so that you can get connected immediately
- UK cell phone contract - fast tracked application. It is notoriously difficult for new arrivals in the UK to arrange a cell phone contract. Egoli has made special arrangements with our service provider that allows us to open cell phone contracts for our clients as soon as their bank accounts are opened. As an example, on a 12 month contract you receive 500 free cross-network, anytime minutes and 100 text messages for only £30 per month as well as a free phone!
- UK bank account - this is one of the most difficult things to set-up when you first arrive in the UK. Egoli clients get special treatment at Lloyds TSB.
- International telephone card - with £5.00 pre-loaded airtime. You will need this to make cheap phone calls to S.A. or any other country. You can use it from any landline or cell phone (with free contract minutes) and your call gets directed through a switch that will charge the call to your pre-paid card and not the phone you are calling from. For £5.00 you can call a S.A. landline for up to 60 min
- London Orientation - This is an information session where we give you the basic knowledge and need-to-know information that you only learn by experience. We also cover all the basics such as health care and taxes. You also get a printed version of the orientation information with lists of all the important and useful numbers and websites, so you can refer to it whenever necessary.
- Free welcome gift - this will vary from time to time. It can be anything from a lunch voucher to free drink at a pub.

If you're on a budget, sharing a house or flat is the most cost effective way to live during your time in London. But there are all sorts of unscrupulous landlords out there who want to make a quick buck by renting out rooms in overcrowded, dirty and poorly maintained properties. There are enough things to sort out when you arrive in London without spending weeks pounding the pavements looking at dingy, over-priced house shares. At Egoli, we identified a need for good quality inexpensive accommodation back in 2001 and have been running successful house shares ever since. | All you need... |
| We ask for only two weeks deposit when you move in, plus one weeks rent in advance. Unfortunately we do not supply any linen, but we will let you know where to go and what to get. |

| No long term commitment... |
| We only require that you give two weeks notice of your intention to leave, and there is no contract period. Many landlords will ask that you sign a lease saying you will stay for a minimum of six months. We're confident you will like our share houses, so we don't. The minimum period you need to stay is just three weeks. |

| Simple notice arrangements... |
| It is common practice in private house shares in London to require anyone wishing to leave to find a replacement tenant for their room. We don't do that. You simply give notice and leave after the notice period, it's that simple. And you don't have to wait ages to get your deposit back. Provided your room is clean, we give your deposit back when you return your key. |

| Many house shares around London are simply a collection of rooms, with no living areas or shared spaces for tenants to enjoy. All our houses have at least one lounge area, a dining space and, of course, a garden for the all important Braai! |

| |
| Your Student Flights consultant will complete an application form for you - please remember to bring along a photograph. |

| An Egoli consultant will then assess the application and you will be advised whether the Job Guarantee has been approved. |
| |
| Afterwards you will get the following: |
- Your application will be pre-assessed before you arrive in the UK
- Your application will be presented to various UK employers
- Subject to a successful application, you will be placed in or start training for a job within 7 working days of registering with our UK office on arrival.
- If you do not start working or training for a job within the 7 days, Egoli will pay you £30.00 per day for each working day you are unemployed or not in training until you start!
